Most shopping mall carparks with more than 3 stories allow 3 hours free parking then you get fined if you go overtime.



On the street it's usually a 2 hour free parking then you will get fined.

There's also 1 hour, 4 hours and all day free parking areas.



The fines can breach anywhere from $100 to $50,000.

it all depends on where you park.

Most places round the city u have to pay there isnt very much places that are free, although most of the malls have 2 hours free parking then round 2.50 per hour after that. on the street som places hav free 15 min and 1 hour park! its fairly expensive for all day though
